- Analyze the regional market to search, investigate and develop new supplier, and support Category Manager to define supplier portfolio
- Support Category Manager in building and implementing sourcing and category strategy
- Support Category Manager on supplier negotiations of frame agreement, taking account of commercial, logistics, pricing and quality aspects
- Drive procurement KPIs – procurement savings, supplier quality and OTD, supplier payment terms, supplier lead time, supplier consolidation and data accuracy
- Work as team member of M2M, NPI and DTC projects covering supply chain aspects
- Manage supplier performance and development with collaboration with quality and procurement teams, supplier claim management
- Maintenance of supplier master data and information in the systems such as SAP, Jaggaer Direct
- Manage multicultural interfaces, close collaboration with internal stakeholders to execute cross functional projects and tasks
- Ensure good, transparent and effective communication between strategic procurement and internal customers
- Manage new part RFQ and ECN implement, responsible for cost benchmark and breakdown. Collaboration with team on sample develop.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Economics
- Sourcing & Supply Chain trainings
- >10 years working experience in equipment manufacture industry
- >5 years' experience of industrial sourcing in multinational companies
- Advanced Sourcing methods (TCO, cost breakdown, negotiations skills, supplier selection, development and relationship management)
- Good general understanding of machining related manufacture process
- Good knowledge of the company operations, such as logistic, finance, production, quality and R&D
- Good Microsoft office software skills – excel, word, PowerPoint
- Self-driven and apt to take decisions
- Presentation and representations skills
- Personal commitment and result oriented
- Cross functional, holistic and logic thinking and action taking
- Good communication skills with influencing and convincing
